A program geared towards improving the physical development of athletes for elite sports performance.


Speed Training

A popular program amongst athletes to improve speed, agility, and overall footwork. Speed training techniques provided will include both assisted and resisted drills. $15 per session or $40/mo.

Personal Training

One-on-one training session which follow a costume work out routine designed specifically to meet your goals. While receiving personal training it is my goal to build a supporting and friendly client-trainer relationship. $40/hr

Bootcamps

A physical training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a period of time. $10

Online Training

A distance training program that is more convenient for you but still provides you with the individualized attention of one-on-one personal training. $250/mo.

Health/Fitness Consultations

During this meeting I will review your medical history , exercise history, take measurements, help with nutrition budgeting, assistance with meal planning , and perform a Fitness Evaluation to establish your baseline fitness level. $50

Healthy Eating Plan

Together we can create a healthy eating plan to follow after our workout sessions.

 

In-Home Personal Training

Mobile fitness studio that will come to the comfort of your own home to provide you with individualized personal training sessions. In-home training is provided within a 15 mile radius of the BMJ Fitness training studio. $45/hr
